Suffolk - Senior SW - MASH Team - Ipswich

Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Senior Social Worker to join the MASH Team for Suffolk County Council, based at Landmark House in Ipswich. Duties and Responsibilities: * Screening and assessing incoming safeguarding contacts and referrals. * Coordinating timely information gathering from multi-agency partners. * Applying threshold guidance to determine next steps and required interventions. * Identifying risk, vulnerability, and protective factors to support safe decision-making. * Ensuring the timely progression of cases within statutory and local procedures. * Working closely with partner agencies including police, education, health, and early help. * Providing professional advice and promoting effective safeguarding practice across the partnership. * Maintaining accurate records and contributing to a robust, high-performing front-door service. Working Pattern: * Based at Landmark House, Ipswich. * 3 days in the office with hybrid working available for the remaining days. Pay Rate: * £38-£42 p/h Umbrella, depending on experience.
