In this role, you’ll be working for a global leader in facilities management and responsible for maintaining x4 high-end commercial offices in the heart of London’s Westend, If you’re an experienced Mechanical Building Services Engineer, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities * Reactive Maintenance * PPMs * Mechanical plant includes heating systems, pumps, FCU’s and fault finding on water systems. * Complying with SFG20 * Record Keeping / Logbooks Requirements * Level 3 Mechanical Engineer or Plumbing * G3 Unvented (Advantageous) * 5 years’ experience in a similar position * Right to work in the UK What’s on Offer * £47,000 annual salary * 25 Days Holiday * Excellent opportunities for both training and progression. * Overtime * NO Call Out Ready to take the next step in your career?
