Role Overview You’ll play a key part in maintaining the communal areas of a residential block of flats in Clapham. You’ll ensure the stairwells, entranceways and waste-management zones are clean, safe and presentable helping our client uphold their reputation for excellent service. Key Responsibilities Clean and freshen stairwells, corridors and other communal areas in the building each morning. Maintain floor surfaces, handrails, high-touch areas and ensure overall tidy presentation. Pull out bins for collection three times per week, ensuring the waste-area remains neat and orderly. Report any maintenance issues or hazards (such as damage, spillages or safety risks) to the site manager or GB Solutions operations team. Work in line with company high standards of reliability, professionalism and service delivery. Requirements You must be physically fit and capable of moving bins, handling cleaning equipment and working on your feet. A good attention to detail you notice when something needs cleaning, tidying or fixing, and you act accordingly. Reliability and punctuality: this is a morning role and the schedule must be adhered to. Previous cleaning or maintenance experience is welcomed but not absolutely necessary; the right attitude and work-ethic matter most.
