Key Responsibilities * Lead and develop a team of BMS application engineers to deliver complex projects to high standards. * Oversee the creation and improvement of software libraries, documentation, and engineering processes. * Provide hands-on technical guidance throughout design, commissioning, and optimisation phases. * Ensure systems perform efficiently, supporting clients with energy and operational improvements. * Foster collaboration between engineering, projects, and service teams.
