Night Transport Supervisor – Redditch Hours: 22:00 – 06:30 Pay: £35,127 per annum (£16.89ph) + Time & Half OT over 40 hrs Job Type: Full-time, Permanent We’re recruiting a Night Transport Supervisor for our client in Redditch. You’ll oversee smooth, efficient and compliant night transport operations, acting as the main contact for drivers and customers while ensuring high standards of safety and performance. Key Responsibilities * Manage night operations, routing, scheduling and driver debriefs * Maintain strong customer communication * Lead, support and develop the driver team * Conduct vehicle/driver checks & manage fleet systems (TMS, in-cab tech) * Ensure compliance with O-Licence, tachograph, H&S and all legal standards * Oversee fleet records, maintenance schedules and defect reporting * Produce operational and compliance reports What We’re Looking For * Transport industry experience * Strong IT skills & fleet system knowledge * CPC (or willingness to train) * Knowledge of O-Licence regulations * Confident communicator with leadership ability * Organised, motivated and able to prioritise under pressure Benefits * Company pension * Cycle to work scheme * Employee discount * Health & wellbeing programme * Referral scheme Ready for your next step in transport?
