Administrator Pertemps are currently looking for a temporary administrator to join an established business in Andover with an immediate start and likely to be running until the end of the year. Responsibilities as an Administrator: Logging new calls Updating figures of daily call review processes Assisting with arranging parts for customers Scheduling maintenance visits for engineers Tracking loan machines Administrative duties for workshop repairs Updating customers Requirements: Available immediately Excellent customer service and administrative experience Self sufficient and able to hit the ground running Excellent verbal and written communication skills The Administrator Role: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm or 9am – 5.30pm £13.55 per hour Temporary ongoing role If you are interested in this Administrator position; please apply below or contact Jemma at Pertemps
