Our modern, purpose-built home in Melton Mowbray provides Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite care for 88 residents. Join a friendly, collaborative team dedicated to delivering outstanding care What You’ll Do Lead and inspire your team, coordinate shifts, and provide exceptional, person-centred care. You will: Write care plans, complete reviews, and deliver personalised care. Oversee safe medication administration and complete MCA assessments. Champion training initiatives, including Train the Trainer for moving & handling and act as a Fire Marshal. Foster effective communication with residents, families, and colleagues, maintaining a positive, inclusive team culture. What We’re Looking For Inspirational leadership experience in a care setting. Proven ability in writing care plans, completing reviews, and delivering person-centred care. Experience with medication administration and MCA assessments. Passion for staff development, training, and safety initiatives. Strong organisational, communication, and proactive problem-solving skills.
