We’re an established consultancy specialising in the Engineering, Property and Facilities Management sectors, and we’re looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in SE1. About the Role You’ll be working closely with both clients and candidates, building strong relationships and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions across our specialist sectors. This is a full 360° role where you’ll manage the recruitment process end-to-end. Key Responsibilities * Manage and grow your own client portfolio within Engineering, Property or FM * Source, screen and interview high-calibre candidates * Write and post job adverts, manage applications, and maintain the CRM * Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates * Negotiate offers and support the onboarding process * Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve targets What We’re Looking For * At least 1 year of recruitment experience (any sector considered – experience in Engineering, Property or FM is a bonus) * Proven ability to build relationships and deliver results * Ambitious, proactive, and confident in a fast-paced environment * Strong communication and organisational skills * A positive, team-focused attitude What We Offer * Competitive base salary + uncapped commission * Clear progression pathways * Ongoing training and development * Supportive team environment * Central London office (SE1 0DW) with great transport links If you’re passionate about recruitment and want to develop your career in a specialist, high-growth sector, we’d love to hear from you.
