Site Electrical Lead – UK An established, fast-growing FMCG business is seeking an experienced Site Electrical Lead to provide technical leadership across a high-performing engineering team. This is a hands-on, strategic role for a senior engineer who can drive operational excellence, compliance, and safety across multiple projects. Role Highlights: * Lead and mentor the Electrical Engineering team, fostering a high-performing, safety-focused culture. * Provide technical guidance and input on projects, design reviews, and strategic initiatives. * Oversee budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and project delivery. * Act as the Electrical Duty Holder, ensuring compliance with regulations and safe working practices. * Develop and maintain technical standards, documentation, and processes. Candidate Profile: * Proven experience in a senior Electrical Engineering role, ideally in FMCG or manufacturing. * Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating technical teams. * Demonstrable focus on safety and regulatory compliance. * Recognised Electrical Engineering qualification. * Minimum 3 years leading corporate or commercial engineering projects. * Knowledge of national electrical codes; CAD experience advantageous.
