The company is growing, investing in purpose-built testing facilities, and expanding its team to support global aerospace contracts. The Role: * Conduct destructive testing to validate strength, hardness, and performance of precision components. * Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) to inspect parts for cracks, defects, and internal flaws without damaging them. * Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards, maintaining full traceability of all tested components. * Record, analyse, and report findings to support continuous improvement in manufacturing and quality processes. * Work within a brand-new, purpose-built testing facility, equipped with the latest technology. What We’re Looking For: * PCN-qualified in destructive and non-destructive testing. * Hands-on experience with aerospace-grade fasteners and precision-machined components. * Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality, safety-critical work. * Team player with excellent communication skills.
