JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible for formulating technical requirements for the overall architecture of flight simulation training equipment software and hardware. Responsible for the demand and data analysis of flight simulation training equipment related systems (such as the flight control system). Responsible for the development and performance tuning of airborne system models related to flight simulation training equipment data packages. Responsible for the overall integration, testing and verification of flight simulation training equipment. Conduct technical training for team members on airborne system model development, simulation model integration and testing, as well as QTG generation and tuning. QUALIFICATION Education: Bachelor’s degree or above Work experience in world-class simulator manufacturers such as CAE, Flight Safety, L3, or world-class aircraft manufacturers such as Airbus, Boeing, and Bombardier. Familiar with the overall architecture of the simulator's hardware and software, the interconnection of data flows between nodes, real-time processing, and communication protocols. Familiar with the subdivision and modeling of simulation software requirements, the use of software model libraries (self-developed by international mainstream simulator manufacturers and MATLAB, Simulink), model settings, and performance tuning. Understand the modeling ideas and methods of aircraft related systems. Familiar with the integration testing and verification of the simulator related systems, as well as QTG generation and tuning.
