CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting an experienced Joiner to join the team located in Newcastle! The Role * Carry out repairs to doors, windows, frames, skirting boards, architraves, and other wooden fixtures. * Repair or replace damaged furniture, including desks, chairs, and cabinets. * Address issues with wooden flooring, including repairs, patching, and minor installations. * Maintain and repair wooden structures, such as fences, gates, and decking. * Respond to reactive maintenance requests and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks. * Troubleshoot and resolve joinery-related problem * Keep in line with H&S procedures. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team! Working Hours * 7am - 3pm & 9am - 6pm * Monday to Friday * Overtime available! Experience Required: * Experience of working in high profile work environment * A good attitude & willingness to learn is essential * PC literate * Good Customer relationship skills For more information email or apply now!
