Construction Estimator The Company Copperstone Projects Ltd was formed in 2018 by a team of experienced Professionals. Its primary goals are to deliver Construction, fit-out, and Refurbishment projects throughout London and the South East. We pride ourselves on our experience and on offering our clients a friendly, responsive service. Copperstone delivers luxury construction projects primarily in the commercial sector for well-known clients. Key Responsibilities * Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates by analysing project drawings, specifications, and related documents. * Perform quantity take-offs for materials, labour, and plant using estimation software and manual methods. * Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing, negotiate costs, and verify quotes. * Maintain and update a database of costs, materials, and labour rates. * Assist in the preparation of bid packages, including cost summaries, clarifications, and supporting documents. * Help identify and assess potential risks, a nd provide input on mitigation strategies. * Support the preparation of detailed reports. * Continuously improve skills by attending training sessions and staying updated on industry standards and best practices. Location and Benefits The job role will be based from home with an occasional requirement for site visits. Site visits will be in Central London and the SE of England, expenses to be covered by Copperstone
