They're looking for a confident, proactive communicator to join their Client Services team - someone who thrives on building relationships and wants to begin their career in financial services. Why this role is different: You'll be the first point of contact for clients - not just answering calls, but leading structured outreach and building long-term relationships. You'll support Financial Advisers directly, helping prepare for meetings and ensuring clients feel informed and valued. You'll gain exposure to the full client journey, from onboarding to review, giving you a strong foundation for future roles in advice or paraplanning. What they're looking for: Experience in customer service or admin, ideally with outbound phone work. A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
