With listings across all major UK grocers and rapid international expansion, this innovative FMCG business is passionate about nutrition, lifestyle and fast-paced NPD. They’re now looking for a driven Order Processor & Supply Chain Assistant to support their growing operations team. In this role, you’ll support end-to-end order processing and supply chain operations across grocery, wholesale, D2C and Amazon. What’s on Offer * Hybrid working: 3 days WFH, 2 days in the office * Up to 10% personal performance bonus * Half-day Fridays * 25 days holiday * Free products * Opportunity to develop within a fast-scaling FMCG brand What you will do as Order Processor & Supply Chain Assistant * Process all B2B grocery and retailer orders * Manage a small volume of wholesale and B2C orders * Review daily order patterns, identifying volume dips/spikes and escalating where needed * Manage and track inventory across multiple channels * Support Amazon forecasting using historical data * Liaise with 3PL partners to track deliveries and resolve issues What You’ll Need to be the Order Processor & Supply Chain Assistant * Experience in the Food or Beverage sector (ambient preferred) * Hands-on experience processing grocery/FMCG orders * Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) * Shopify experience is a bonus * Confident, proactive, outgoing, and able to thrive in a busy, hands-on team Job Number 10263
