Account Manager - Benelux Must be based in the Netherlands A growing medical device/healthcare company is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive sales and expand relationships across the Benelux region. This is a fully field-based role requiring a proven track record in medical device sales and the ability to manage a diverse customer base. The company offers a highly competitive base salary in Euros, strong bonus structure, company car, and full benefits package. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and grow sales across a specialised medical device portfolio. * Build strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, labs, and procurement teams. * Identify opportunities, close deals, and deliver against quarterly targets. * Lead tender activity and prepare commercial proposals. * Use CRM and analytics tools to manage pipeline and territory activity. * Collaborate with internal technical, marketing, and customer service teams. Requirements: * Proven experience in medical device sales. * Strong commercial skills with the ability to drive growth and manage complex accounts. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building ability. * Self-driven, organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced, field-based role. * Proficient with CRM and standard business software. * Must live in the Netherlands.
