Project Manager – Catering Design & Installation Location: UK-wide travel (hybrid/remote)  Salary: £45k - £50k  Hours: Monday–Thursday 9am–5pm, Friday 9am–4pm (flexibility required)  Employment Type: Full-time Our client is a specialist organisation within the commercial catering design and installation sector. They work with national accounts and end users across the UK, delivering full project solutions from concept through to installation and post-project support. They are now seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team. Role Overview The Project Manager will oversee projects from early design review through to surveying, planning, installation, handover and aftercare. The role requires strong coordination, accurate reporting and excellent client communication. Key Responsibilities Work with consultative and design teams to identify and resolve early-stage design issues. Conduct site surveys, assessing MEP requirements, risks, access and suitable solutions. Assist in preparing programmes, feasibility assessments, project timelines and budgets. Coordinate with CRM and accounts teams regarding resource allocation and project data. Lead project teams and supply chain partners to deliver on time, on budget and to specification. Review drawings, quotes and project documentation, providing feedback where required. Track and report project progress internally and to clients using clear, structured updates. Monitor project budgets, variations and financial performance. Contribute to process improvements and support the development of project team behaviour and performance. Ensure post-project evaluations are completed, including budget, programme and effectiveness reviews. Meet company KPIs, including on-time delivery, budget compliance and client satisfaction.Skills & Competencies Experience managing supply chains and subcontractors. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills. Customer-focused approach with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of CAD is beneficial but not essential. Understanding of catering industry processes and operations is advantageous. Commercial awareness and knowledge of cost-saving strategies. Reliable and dependable, with a proactive and adaptable approach.Benefits Hybrid/remote working available. 20 days annual leave plus 8 statutory days (increasing by one day per year up to 25). Minimum 3-day Christmas shutdown. Travel expenses covered
