You’ll enjoy: * Hybrid working with regional travel flexibility * A collaborative and supportive working culture * Opportunities for professional development and progression * The chance to directly contribute to learner outcomes and community growth The Job As a Learner Engagement Manager, you will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and enrolling learners onto funded programmes, ensuring each learner has a smooth journey from enquiry to enrolment. Your responsibilities will include: * Managing the full learner engagement lifecycle across Adult Skills, ASF, and Skills Bootcamp programmes * Building and maintaining partnerships with Jobcentre Plus, local authorities, community organisations, and employers * Delivering outreach activities, community engagement events, and digital campaigns to attract learners * Supporting learners through eligibility checks, enrolment, and onboarding * Tracking learner engagement, attendance, and progression against programme KPIs * Working closely with delivery, operations, and compliance teams to ensure high-quality learner experience This role is hybrid and requires travel across Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield, and Wakefield.
