We’re supporting a leading London-based Packaging Design Agency in hiring a Project Coordinator to join their busy Health & Wellness portfolio. This is the perfect role for someone in the early stages of their career who loves admin, enjoys working with people, and wants to be part of a fast-paced, design-led environment. The Role As the new Packaging Project Coordinator, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly: * Managing project timelines, documents and workflow * Supporting the Project Managers and Client Services team * Communicating with clients, designers and manufacturing partners * Keeping on top of lots of moving parts with accuracy and positivity * Learning how packaging projects move from concept to delivery * Playing a key part in bringing exciting global brand concepts to life What We’re Looking For * Confident using Microsoft Office * Brilliant attention to detail * Friendly, positive and great with communication * Strong organisational skills * Ability to juggle multiple tasks * Eager to learn and grow within a creative industry You don’t need packaging experience — just energy, initiative and a willingness to get stuck in.
