Job Title: Line Leader Location: Telford Contract: Temp to Perm Salary: £13.58 – £14.28 We’re looking for an experienced Line Leader to motivate and lead a production team. You’ll ensure products meet client specifications, maximise efficiency, and maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and quality. What You’ll Do: * Lead and motivate your team to hit production targets. * Ensure products meet client and company standards. * Maintain hygiene, GMP, and health & safety standards. * Deliver daily briefings and support training of new starters. * Drive continuous improvement and minimise waste.
