With over 170 branches nationwide my client is one of the largest, Independent, agencies, the last 20 years has given them invaluable experience during what has been the most radical and dynamic period in estate agency. They are currently looking for a Marketing Manager the role is primarily one of systemising and managing their marketing. The ideal candidate would be organised and self-motivated, who is happy building rapport with clients and has creative ability, the role would suit someone who is experienced in estate agency, but is looking for something a bit different Driving Licence / car not required. Start Date: ASAP YOU WILL NEED ESTATE AGENCY EXPERIENCE FOR THIS ROLE IDEALLY IN THE SOUTH EAST LONDON AREA Duties of the role: To generate new sales and lettings business for the office to increase our turnover by 33%. Systematically follow up and nurture existing vendor leads using LeadPro and Alto, individually and bulk – daily Monitor our unsold stock, keep in contact with vendors fortnightly, and negotiate price reductions Adapt and produce Val on Street and Time on Market letters using Sprift - weekly Produce local and branch content for, and update our social media, including Google My Business, to increase local interaction with us – weekly Organise the creation of our leaflets and the planning of their distribution – monthly Use Canva (and head office) to produce leaflets Produce our property brochures and window cards Get Google Reviews at exchange and other times Keep our webpage and Rightmove microsite up to date – monthly Liaise with portals - Rightmove, Zoopla, On The Market and GetAgent - re our marketing Liaise with Head Office Marketing department re national campaigns / latest offerings Ad hoc leaflet delivery by hand of short runs Liaise with schools / festivals / resident associations re summer fairs, etc – regular communication, boards, social media, running a stall, etc Target specific geographic areas in liaison with the Branch Director Generate landlord leads (using above means) to pass to our Lettings Manager Updating our CRM (Alto) to ensure all potential vendor contacts are up to date Working as part of a team – taking calls, booking in viewings, updating the team, etc as necessary Hours of work 5 days a week – Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm (1 hour lunch) The role is primarily office-based Monday to Friday, with some leaflet delivery, plus attending a few fairs on Saturdays in the summer. Salary: Basic £28,000 OTE £34,000 Year 1; £38,000 Year 2 Rises by £1,000pa in April 2026 and again April 2027
