Planning Manager

As a Planning Manager you will oversee the planning processes within the supply chain operations. Description As the Planning Manager you will, Observe and review current planning processes, with a view to developing and implement planning strategies to optimise supply chain operations Working closely with Sales, you will coordinate procurement and inventory management to meet customer demands Through effective reporting, monitor and analyse supply chain performance to identify areas for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align planning objectives with business goals Contribute as part of the senior leadership team, supporting business objectives Lead and mentor the planning team to build engagement and achieve objectives Resolve issues related to supply chain disruptions or delays efficiently Profile The successful Planning Manager should have: Track record of managing a Far East, long lead time, supply chain Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimise planning processes Effective leadership skills to develop and engage a team Ability to be "hands on", and willing to work as one of the team when neededJob Offer Competitive salary ranging from £65,000 to £70,000 per annum.
