Marketing Manager - Part-Time (2-3 Days per Week) Location: Belfast, Office-Based Start: Immediate Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (pro rata) About Us We're a well-established IT recruitment business with bases in Belfast and the USA, specialising in connecting high-calibre tech talent with innovative companies across Ireland and North America. As our business continues to scale, we're seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to own and drive our marketing efforts from our Belfast office. The Role As Marketing Manager, you will lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns that boost our brand visibility, generate quality inbound leads, and support our recruitment consultants. You'll be instrumental in shaping our marketing strategy and delivering on measurable business objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage our marketing strategy across digital and traditional channels Produce high-quality content for LinkedIn, email campaigns, website, and newsletters Plan, run, and optimise paid marketing campaigns, tracking performance and ROI Oversee SEO, website analytics, and brand positioning to drive web growth Monitor ad spend and ensure efficient budget use Support event management, sponsorships, and business partnerships Collaborate closely with leadership to align marketing activities with business goals About You Significant experience in B2B marketing (ideally in recruitment, tech, or professional services) Strong competence with digital marketing tools and analytics Excellent writing skills and experience crafting engaging content Proven ability to run campaigns independently and deliver results Creative, proactive, and commercially minded Comfortable working on-site in a collaborative, fast-paced office environment What We Offer Part-time role (2-3 days/week) Belfast city-centre office Competitive pro-rata salary The opportunity to drive marketing for a growing, internationally-active business How to Apply If you're a driven marketing professional who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial team, we'd love to hear from you.
