Bar Staff - Experience essential

Yellow 42 are working in partnership with some exceptional clients who are gearing up for the festive period. We are looking for experienced bar staff for temporary shifts in and around the Glasgow area As Bar staff  you’ll play a key role in ensuring that you represent Yellow 42 giving guests fabulous experiences, creating drinks, engaging with guests and contributing atmosphere that our clients expect. Key Responsibilities for Bar staff Prepare, mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests in accordance with recipe set out by individual clients Greet guests promptly and in a friendly manner, take drink orders and serve them efficiently Maintain the bar area: restocking supplies, keeping the workspace clean and tidy, polishing glassware and ensuring compliance with health & safety and licensing legislation Collaborate with the waiting and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service between the bar and restaurant/lounge/banqueting areas Handle cash and card payments accuretly when required Monitor guest ages and ensure responsible serving of alcohol, following licensing rules and client policy About You  Previous bar experience behind a bar in a hotel or busy venue is Essential Strong knowledge of drinks, cocktails, beers and spirits Excellent customer-service skills as a bar person friendly, personable, professional Ability to work under pressure, remain calm and maintain high standards during busy periods Good communication skills and a team-player attitude Comfortable to work in different venues As Bar Staff - you will get in return Weekly Pay The chance to work in some fabulous venues Flexibility - you say when you can work These temporary opportunities do not qualify for sponsorship.
