JOB: D365 CE LEAD LOCATION: REMOTE, IRELAND OR EUROPE PERMANENT €50,000 - €85,000 Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Functional Lead to join a Microsoft Partner. This is a unique opportunity to lead a small team, work across multiple projects, and play a pivotal role in building and scaling a large practice. You will act as the primary functional expert, guiding clients through the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery, and mentoring junior consultants. Key Responsibilities * Lead the functional design and delivery of D365 CE solutions across multiple projects. * Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into effective business solutions. * Manage and mentor a small team of consultants, fostering growth and development. * Ensure best practices and governance are applied across all implementations. * Work closely with technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. * Drive continuous improvement and contribute to the growth of the CE practice. Required Skills & Experience * Proven experience as a D365 CE Functional Consultant or Lead, ideally within a Microsoft Partner environment. * Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service). * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. * Experience in team leadership and mentoring. * Understanding of Power Platform and its integration with D365 CE. Desirable Skills * Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-210, MB-230, PL-200). * Experience in pre-sales and solution design. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
