D365 CE Functional Consultant Hybrid (1-2 days - London) We are currently partnering with an established MS Partner who are seeking a talented D365 CE Functional Consultant to join their growing team and help to enhance their enterprise delivery capabilities. You'll play a key role in client delivery - leading workshops, implementing solutions, and supporting technology adoption. You'll also contribute to pre-sales and post-delivery activities as part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team. Key Responsibilities Deliver Dynamics 365 CE engagements across pre-sales, implementation, and post go-live support Manage your own task list and contribute to larger programme deliverables Facilitate workshops, solution playbacks, and user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions Maintain continuous communication with clients, working as one team Validate solutions within and beyond Dynamics 365 CE, recommending alternatives such as Power Apps when appropriateEssential Skills & Experience Proven experience implementing and customising Dynamics 365 CE modules: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing (Customer Journeys), and Field Service Ongoing development within Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform Ability to design and deliver client-centric solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Confident in client-facing activities and stakeholder engagement Certification in MB-910 (Dynamics 365 Fundamentals) or PL-900 (Power Platform Fundamentals) Effective time management and self-organisation within larger delivery programmesBenefits Starting Salary - £60k-£80k Life Assurance Private Medical Insurance Enhanced Sick and Family Leave Pay and More
