Key Responsibilities Deliver full Principal Designer and CDM advisory services Lead design reviews and influence design risk management Support clients across commercial, mixed-use and regeneration projects Build strong relationships with designers, contractors and stakeholders Produce CPPs, Pre-Construction Information and design-related documentation Must-Have Requirements At least 4 years CDM / Principal Designer experience Strong understanding of CDM 2015 NEBOSH General, Construction or equivalent safety qualification Excellent report writing and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects independently Become the Senior CDM Consultant that drives safety excellence across the region
