The Role: We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of supplier performance and drive continuous improvement across our engineering systems network. The role combines strategic oversight with a hands-on approach to ensure that quality, cost, and delivery standards consistently exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities: * Lead performance management of key suppliers, establishing measurable KPIs and strategic improvement plans. * Integrate supplier capabilities into product development and production pipelines. * Negotiate contracts and build resilient relationships that promote mutual innovation and growth. * Collaborate with engineering, production, and procurement teams to ensure robust supply continuity. * Implement data-driven methods to monitor supply chain efficiency and mitigate risk. * Champion sustainability, quality, and lean manufacturing principles across the supply base. Qualifications & Experience: * Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 5 years in supplier performance or supply chain roles within a technical or manufacturing environment. * Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex supplier relationships. * Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. * Knowledge of ERP systems and advanced supply chain analytics tools.
