We are seeking dedicated, professional individuals to join our award-winning team Duties to include: • Deliver impeccable, attentive table service • Maintain expert knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and wine pairings • Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized recommendations • Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service • Uphold cleanliness, organization, and fine dining standards at all times • Ensure standards and client comfort are maintained at all times • Maintain good working relationships among the team and kitchen brigade • Keeping up to date with menu changes and ensuring knowledge is consistent and can be delivered to clients/ customers accordingly • Consistently follow the correct standards and methods of service • Take orders and enter them appropriately into the correct system • Provide a friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times Whats needed: * Experience in fine dining or contract catering hospitality establishment - minimum 1 year * Enhanced DBS certificate / Basic DBS disclosure or willingness to get one * Own black trousers, white shirt and wastecoat and smart black shoes * Passion for and excellent knowledge of food, beverage, and service * Committed to delivering an outstanding dining experience for clients * Ability to adapt and being able to work under pressure * Professionalism and engaging personality * Very good level of spoken English * Professional appearance * Strong knowledge of food, wine, and service standard * Excellent communication and guest-relations skills * Professional appearance and positive attitude * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment * Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Whether you are looking for full time hours or hours to top up you current employment this opportunity could be perfect for you!
