About The Role Role: Health & Safety Officer Location: Home Based/Travel to Sites Required (Cardington, Stevenage, Birmingham, Bristol and Runcorn sites) - Driving License Essential Working Hours and Days: Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week) Contract Type: Permanent, Full time Salary: £41,000 plus Car Allowance of £4,800 per annum About Restore Technology  At Restore Technology, we help organisations securely manage, process and repurpose their IT equipment while maintaining the highest standards of data security, compliance and sustainability. We are now looking for a Health & Safety Officer to play a vital role in strengthening our safety culture and ensuring our teams work in environments that are safe, compliant and continuously improving. Your work will directly influence operational excellence across multiple sites, supporting managers with expert guidance, clear communication and proactive risk management. Duties & responsibilities Support the division in meeting all statutory Health, Safety and Welfare obligations Identify real and potential hazards, providing clear advice and practical solutions Assist managers in producing suitable and sufficient risk assessments and method statements Conduct site health & safety audits and oversee follow-up actions Maintain and manage incident reporting through the Eco Online system Review existing risk assessments, procedures and audit findings, advising on improvements Work with internal teams and external providers to deliver effective H&S risk-mitigation measures Support the identification of training needs and help drive continuous improvement across all sitesAbout you Hold a recognised Health & Safety qualification such as NEBOSH (Fire and Environmental desirable) At least two years’ experience in multi-site H&S management Strong working knowledge of UK HSE legislation and ideally ISO 45001/45003 Confident assessing risks, conducting investigations and producing clear, accurate reports Able to build strong relationships, communicate clearly and influence safe working behavioursWhat We Offer You: Restore offers a wide range of benefits to our employees such as: Life assurance Annual leave entitlement (25 days + bank holidays) Contributory pension scheme Share save scheme Paid volunteer day Long service recognition Eyecare voucher Retail discounts Family leave Employee assistance programmeAt Restore Technology, we value innovation, teamwork, and personal development.
