Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager We’re delighted to be partnering with a rapidly growing land development company, currently seeking an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to join their expanding team at their Warwickshire head office. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a pivotal role within a forward-thinking business, contributing to its continued success and playing a key part in delivering high-quality developments across the region. Key Responsibilities: * Drawing takeoffs * Providing office project support (update drawings folder etc) * Develop monthly applications for approval with the Operations Director * Send out drawings for pricing to sub-contractors * Compile comparisons on quotes received * Issue formal orders for all sub-contractors * Participate in pre-start meetings with sub-contractors and the Operations Director * Site visits to track and log progress * Work with the Accounts team to track costs By applying for this position, you authorise Auctoro Recruitment to hold your personal details on file for use in finding you a suitable position.
