Fractional Demand Generation Marketer (Remote / Flexible Start) An international professional services firm is seeking a Fractional Demand Generation Marketer to drive growth, increase engagement, and enhance overall market presence. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and data-driven marketer who enjoys building impactful campaigns and seeing measurable results. Start Date: Flexible The Role In this role, you’ll take ownership of developing and executing multi-channel demand generation strategies designed to attract, nurture, and convert leads. You’ll collaborate across sales, content, and product teams to ensure marketing efforts align with wider business goals. Key Responsibilities: * Design and deliver integrated demand generation campaigns across multiple channels. * Create and optimize landing pages, forms, and other lead capture tools to improve conversion rates. * Collaborate with content teams to produce compelling blogs, whitepapers, and case studies. * Track and analyze campaign performance (CTR, conversion, ROI) to inform strategy and improve outcomes. * Stay ahead of industry trends, technologies, and competitor activity to refine marketing approaches. About You You’re both strategic and hands-on, comfortable blending creativity with analytics to deliver results. Requirements: * 3+ years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing. * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. * Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce). * Strong written communication skills and an ability to craft persuasive messaging. * Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) and understanding of SEO and PPC. Nice to Have: * Experience with emerging technologies or innovative demand generation techniques. * Marketing certifications or industry-specific knowledge. * Experience mentoring or leading within a marketing team.
