Sales & Marketing Manager


We are recruiting a Sales & Marketing Manager for a specialist provider of horticultural products with a global reputation for quality and innovation. Reporting to the MD, the Sales & Marketing Manager is a new role to their structure and will be responsible for developing and executing a cohesive B2B sales & marketing strategy, managing key distribution channels and leading and developing an office-based sales team. Key Responsibilities of the Sales & Marketing Manager * Develop and implement a comprehensive Sales and Marketing Strategy to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets. * Conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities, product gaps, and shifts in B2B customer needs. * Report regularly on sales performance, marketing campaign effectiveness, and portfolio profitability to the senior leadership team. * Lead the development and execution of all marketing campaigns, focusing on digital and social channels. * Drive brand awareness and reinforce the company's position as a premium, expert-led solution provider. * Provide effective line management, motivation, and mentorship to the office sales team, setting clear performance metrics and providing ongoing coaching. * Develop sales tools, training materials, and pitch decks to ensure consistent product messaging. Desired but not essential requirements * Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Commercial Management, preferably within the AgTech, Horticulture, or specialist chemical/nutrient industries. * Proven ability to execute multi-channel sales and marketing strategies targeting B2B customers. * Experience in managing /mentoring / leading a small sales or customer-facing team to achieve targets * Hand on, flexible and open approach to joining an SME with a ‘one team’ mentality Application via CV
