About the Role I’ve been asked to find a specialist Project Manager with a proven background in delivering complex Civil and Infrastructure projects involving reinforced concrete structures, groundworks, and related civils packages. The role will cover civils, drainage, utilities, earthworks, and RC frame construction, so I’m looking for someone with strong technical and delivery experience. You will be responsible for managing the site and delivery team, ensuring work is completed safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards, while maintaining commercial control and leading client and stakeholder relationships. I’m particularly interested in candidates with strong leadership skills and the ability to deliver large-scale civil and structural infrastructure schemes from start to finish. About the requirements * Proven track record of delivering Civil or Infrastructure projects from start to finish * Previous experience working with a Subcontractor within civil or Infrastructure * Engineering background with strong technical ability * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders * Degree educated in either Construction Management or Engineering About the Benefits and Rewards Salary range of £75,000 - £90,000 per annum.
