HGV Class 1 night driver An exciting opportunity to work with one of our prestigious national clients based in Newtown, Shropshire has become available and we are currently looking for multiple HGV Class 1 night driver's for ongoing work until the end of December. The role will entail and not limited to: * Making bulk deliveries & collections nationwide * Depot to depot deliveries and collections. * Trailer swaps and overseeing live loading/unloading. * Conducting vehicle checks pre and post-shift * Adhering to driving regulations including driving hours and rest periods * Effective communication with dispatchers, customers, and colleagues to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries Benefits & Pay For the right HGV Class 1 night driver: * Weeknight Rate - £18.15ph * Week night overtime - £25.25ph * Saturday night - £23.52ph * Saturday night overtime - £25.25ph * Sunday night - £26.25ph * Weekly bookings * Start time - 19:45 * On gong work until the end of December To be considered for this HGV Class 1 night driver role you will need: * Category C+E (held for minimum 2 years) * Minimum 6 Months C+E driving experience. * Valid Tahco and DQC cards * Clean driving license (desirable) * Experience in a similar role (desirable) * Able to successfully complete client driving assessment * Friendly, professional and dedicated to great customer service
