Vehicle Technician

They are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Level 3 Vehicle Technician to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has experience across a wide range of vehicles. Key areas of expertise include diagnostics, electrics, clutches, and gearboxes. You will be working exclusively on the company’s fleet – no upselling or customer pressure – just high-quality technical work. The fleet consists of around 90–95% Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs) and 5–10% cars, providing variety and the chance to broaden your skills. Training and Development: * Access to IMI-accredited training to develop skills in EV and Hybrid technology. * Additional specialist training opportunities, including tail lift maintenance, windscreen repair, and AdBlue systems. * Mentorship and support from an experienced workshop team to help you grow and reach your full potential.
