£28,000 - £35,000 depending on experience * Excellent benefits package (see below) * Hybrid working available * Part time or Full-time hours considered * 25 days holiday * Based in Leatherhead Job Description: We’re looking for a proactive Finance Administrator to play a key role in keeping our clients day-to-day financial operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented, organised, and eager to develop within a supportive and fast-moving business. Key Responsibilities * Handle sales ledger duties — processing invoices against customer purchase orders and reconciling customer accounts. * Manage the accounts receivable ledger, including chasing outstanding invoices and maintaining accurate records of progress. * Complete monthly staff expense reconciliations (ideally using Xero). * Process and reconcile the company credit card account each month. * Process supplier invoices, reconciling them to supplier statements to ensure accuracy and timeliness. * Post basic journals and assist with the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts. * Maintain and manage the fixed asset register, including posting depreciation and performing regular reconciliations. * Oversee the finance team inbox, ensuring queries are managed promptly and efficiently. * Support the team with ad-hoc administrative and finance tasks as required. About You * You’ll bring at least two years’ experience in a finance or administrative role. * Strong Excel skills essential — you’re confident using formulas to analyse / interpret data. * Experience with Xero (or a similar accounting system) would be a real advantage. * You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build good working relationships across the business. * You’re self-motivated and organised, able to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team. * Organised, numerate, methodical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
