Customer Service & Sales Advisor – Motorhomes & Caravans Location: Staveley, Chesterfield Salary: £26,000 – £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm. One to two Saturdays per month, 8:30am – 2:00pm (paid at time and a half). This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in motorhomes, caravans, or the automotive industry who enjoys working with customers, providing product advice, and supporting sales. You’ll be the first point of contact for both trade and public customers, helping them find the right products and ensuring a positive in-store experience. Key Responsibilities * Welcome and assist walk-in customers, offering product guidance and technical support. * Process orders and payments accurately using the till system. * Handle telephone and email enquiries in a professional manner. * Recommend additional products and upsell where appropriate to maximise sales. * Liaise with suppliers for product details, pricing, and availability. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key account customers. * Support stock management, documentation, and occasional trade events. Candidate Requirements * Previous experience in customer service and sales, ideally within motorhomes, caravans, or the automotive sector. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Professional appearance and confident manner. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive. * Interest in campervans or leisure vehicles is highly advantageous.
