We’re seeking a skilled individual to join a Nottingham-based production team, wiring and assembling a range of electrical control panels and rack-based systems used across specialist technical projects. You’ll be working from electrical drawings and schematics to produce high-quality builds within set project timeframes, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with company standards. The Role Read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring schematics Assemble and wire electrical panels and rack systems to specification Crimp, terminate and route cables neatly and accurately Maintain quality standards, complete build documentation and red-line mark-ups Work collaboratively with colleagues across production and engineering Adhere to all Health & Safety and housekeeping standards About You Previous experience as a Panel Wirer / Electrical Assembler / Electrical Technician Strong understanding of electrical wiring and component layout Skilled with hand and power tools Able to work from wiring diagrams and technical drawings Diligent, organised and detail-focused Positive, proactive and reliable team player Apprentice-trained candidates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
