Private Client Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (2+ years PQE) to join their busy and supportive team based in Woolton. This is a fantastic opportunity to handle a varied and rewarding caseload, working closely with high-net-worth clients and delivering exceptional service across all aspects of Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Estate Planning. The Role You’ll manage your own caseload of Private Client work, including: * Drafting Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney * Advising on Probate, Estate Administration, and Tax Planning * Handling matters involving high-net-worth clients and complex estates * Liaising with the Probate Registry, HMRC, and other professionals * Producing blog content and supporting marketing activity with the wider team * Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development About You We’re looking for someone who is: * A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (2+ PQE) in Private Client law * Experienced in Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Tax/Estate Planning * Skilled in client care, organisation, and time management * Confident in using Case Management Systems, Laserforms, and Excel * A proactive team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail * (Desirable) Experience in property-related private client work and ability to drive What’s on Offer * Competitive salary (DOE) * Hybrid and flexible working options * Supportive, professional and inclusive environment * Clear scope for progression and ongoing professional development * Opportunity to work with a respected and growing firm If you’re an ambitious Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive seeking a progressive, client-focused firm where your contribution is genuinely valued - we’d love to hear from you.
