We’re recruiting for a mid-sized, international organisation offering broad HR exposure across the UK, Europe and Asia — perfect for someone who wants to develop into an HR Advisor and beyond. You’ll be involved in recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits and everyday employee support. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn a lot, gain visibility across different regions, and genuinely help shape the employee experience. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding. Making sure new employees have a smooth and welcoming start. Coordinating monthly payroll and benefits with external providers. Responding to employee queries and keeping HR records accurate. Helping run engagement activities, wellbeing initiatives & HR projects. Working closely with managers and HR colleagues across regions. Nice-to-Have (Not Essential): Exposure to recruitment, onboarding or payroll coordination. CIPD part-qualified / interested in studying.
