Plant Fitter

Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced plant fitter to service and repair a range of heavy plant equipment, both in the workshop and on site. Responsibilities * Service and maintain plant machinery (excavators, dumpers, telehandlers, etc.) * Diagnose faults and complete repairs safely and efficiently * Carry out hydraulic, mechanical, and basic electrical work * Complete service records and follow company safety standards Requirements * Experience with plant, HGV, agricultural, or mechanical equipment * Good understanding of hydraulics and engines * Full driving licence * Able to work independently and as part of a team Benefits * Competitive pay + overtime * Training and development opportunities
