Site Agent – Utilities (Banbury, Southern Region) 💼 Salary: £65,000 per annum 📅 Start Date: 5th January 2026 📍 Location: Banbury 🆔 Vacancy ID: 1207 About the Role: We’re seeking an experienced Site Agent with a strong background in utilities and civil engineering to join our team on a major project in Banbury. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering complex utility works within our Southern Region. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee day-to-day site operations on utilities projects * Manage teams, subcontractors, and project delivery to programme and budget * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards * Liaise with clients, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery Essential Experience & Skills: * Proven experience in utilities, water booster stations, and deep excavations * Strong leadership and site management abilities Required Tickets / Certifications: * TWC (Temporary Works Coordinator) * SMSTS * First Aid at Work * Fire Warden * LAP * Thames Water Passport
