Operations Manager

Our client has an exciting opportunity to join their fast-growing family run organisation as an Operations Manager, reporting into the Operations Director. Main responsibilities: * Managing the day-to-day factory and delivery functions * Manging the customer service team and managing the staff rota’s * Tracking of the drivers’ movements and routes * Ensuring company vehicles are maintained and serviced regularly * Ensure orders are done accurately and delivered timeously to clients * Supporting the production operations and ensuring compliance is met throughout the factory Requirements: * Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel) * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal * Excellent Leadership and motivational skills * Good attention to detail
