NHS Curtain Fitter – North West England Salary: £12.21 per hour Hours: 40 hours per week Location: North West England (travel required – overnight stays paid where necessary) About the Role: We are looking for reliable and hardworking Curtain Fitters to join our team, working in NHS hospitals across the North West of England. You will be responsible for fitting cubicle and window curtains in wards and other healthcare environments, ensuring high standards of workmanship and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: * Fitting cubicle and window curtain tracks and curtains within hospital wards and departments. * Using a range of hand tools safely and efficiently. * Working closely within a small team (typically 3–4 people). * Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working area. * Providing excellent customer service and upholding NHS standards at all times. * Travelling to various NHS sites across the North West (occasional overnight stays – accommodation provided). Requirements: * Previous experience using hand tools is essential. * Experience in fitting, maintenance, or similar trades is desirable. * Full UK driving licence preferred. * Appropriate workwear and PPE required. * Strong attention to detail and a professional attitude, particularly in sensitive healthcare environments. * Must be reliable, flexible, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
