Calibration Engineer

Your primary responsibilities will include calibrating velocity, temperature, pressure, and humidity measurement devices. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex problems and has a keen eye for detail.    The successful candidate will possess a strong background in engineering, with specific experience in calibration processes. Familiarity with industry standards, UKAS and calibration software is highly desirable.    This is a site-based role which doesn’t involve travelling to customer sites. All of the calibration work is done on-site at their Lymington facilities.    If you haven’t done calibration work, this role could suit someone with a Test background, particularly someone who’s worked on Environmental testing and wants to get into calibration.    Key skills required for this Calibration Engineer role include: Proficiency in calibrating any of the following: velocity, temperature, pressure, and humidity instruments. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
