With cutting-edge facilities in Manchester and a collaborative, forward-thinking culture, they are seeking a talented Senior Electronics Engineer to join their growing engineering team. As a Senior Electronics Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, development and delivery of complex electronic systems and products from concept through to production. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including firmware, mechanical and manufacturing engineers to bring innovative ideas to life. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of analogue and digital electronic circuits for new and existing products. Take projects from initial concept and requirements definition through design validation, testing and production handover. Perform schematic capture, PCB layout reviews and design verification. Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers. Collaborate with global engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure designs meet performance, cost and reliability targets. Support product life-cycle activities including failure analysis, design improvements and technical documentation.About You: Degree qualified in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 5+ years' experience in electronic design, ideally within a manufacturing or product development environment. Strong knowledge of analogue/digital circuit design, microcontrollers and power electronics. Proficient in schematic capture and PCB design tools (e.g. Altium, OrCAD, KiCad). Experience with design for EMC, manufacturability and reliability. Excellent problem-solving, communication and project management skills.
