SHE Advisor – Water / Civils

SHE Advisor – Water Treatment Works & Civil Engineering 📍 Bournemouth, Dorset (BH11) 💷 £500–£550 per day (Umbrella PAYE only) 🕒 4-month contract | Immediate start preferred TRIbuild Solutions are working with a leading civil engineering contractor delivering major works within the water sector. We’re seeking an experienced Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) Advisor to support ongoing water-infrastructure projects in the Bournemouth area. Role Overview You’ll play a key role in promoting and supporting the highest SHE standards across the project — working closely with site and operations teams to ensure safe systems of work, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement in SHE performance. Responsibilities * Provide informed advice and practical support on health, safety, wellbeing and environmental matters * Conduct daily site inspections and support operational teams in meeting SHE responsibilities * Review and advise on method statements, risk assessments and safe systems of work * Monitor compliance and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely submission of SHE documentation * Support management in developing SHE processes, procedures and training * Actively promote a strong safety culture and challenge unsafe behaviours Requirements ✅ NEBOSH Level 3 Certificate (or equivalent) ✅ Full UK driving licence ✅ Proven experience in construction, infrastructure, or utilities sectors 💧 Water industry experience desirable Attributes * Positive, proactive approach and strong influencing skills * Excellent communication across all levels * Diligent, detail-oriented and confident in challenging unsafe practices * Comfortable working independently within a team environment If you’re a driven SHE professional looking for your next challenge within the water and infrastructure sector, we’d love to hear from you. 📩 Apply now or contact Leon at TRIbuild Solutions for a confidential discussion
