Adult Setting - RGN  / RMN / RNLD / Physiotherapist / Occupational Therapist / Paramedic  Location: Aylesbury — Hybrid / Remote  Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm Type: Full-time, permanent Sector: Clinical Assessments. What you’ll do: Conduct detailed disability assessments via phone, video, or face-to-face appointments Use your clinical judgment to assess physical, cognitive, and mental health conditions Review evidence, take thorough medical histories, and identify key functional impacts Produce clear, objective, and evidence-based medical reports Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary clinical team Work with modern systems designed for accuracy and efficiency Training & support: 6–12 weeks full-time, fully supported training (pathway/experience dependent) £2,150 Approval Bonus paid after approval upon completion of training No annual leave in the first 6 weeks during training. We can honour your current notice period Essential Requirements and Qualifications: you must have the below to be consider for the application.
