The role We have a vacancy for a Service Coordinator at our Chesterfield Depot (S41 0JW). Basic hours are 8:00am until 5:00pm. Monday to Friday (42.5 hours per week). Reporting to the Workshop Manager the main purpose is to provide efficient and professional administrative support to the Workshop Manager, whilst ensuring full compliance with the appropriate Company’s Policies, Procedures and Legal requirements. Key Duties: * Demonstrate full commitment to the Company’s Mission Statement * Receiving calls from customers and arranging outside fitters to attend * Maintain contact with customers on the progress and completion of repairs and servicing * Organising site servicing including arranging convenient times with customers for attendance Full Job Description can be provided upon request. Candidate Profile:­­ The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar administration role and be proficient and confident in using Microsoft Office applications.
